Yesterday while i was watching tv with my P4 sister, i realised that she had flipped open the chinese newspaper that my grandpa buys daily.

Nothing too unusual, but she never reads newspaper unless my dad tells her too / comic section.

Thinking that she might have suddenly realised that in order to have good chinese results ( like me ) she has to be more exposed, i didnt really bother.
All of a sudden, she turned to me and said :

"Jie, you know, this girl is from Evergreen leh"

I looked into her direction and realised that she was referring to the recent murder of a security guard.

Few days ago when the body of the security guard was found, the newspaper was flooded with that particular news. Was quite shocking, i must say. Something more traumatizing about this murder than others is that, the day when the security guard was murdered, happened to be his elder daughter's birthday.
I didnt really pay much attention to it,though. Just the usual they-are-so-pitiful and stuff.

So, back to my sister.
She told me that the elder daughter of the security guard studied in Evergreen. In fact, both daughters of the security guards were in Evergreen.

The elder daughter is coincidentally my sister's chinese class's classmate.

I always think that all the murders, the deaths are like, part and parcel of our life. Actually, no big deal to me. Abit self-centred, i know. But really, most of the news dont affect me much.

This is different.
Somehow it is a little bit connected to me.

This time the person concerned is from my primary school, where i studied for 4 years. She was there while i was still in there. There is bound to be. Some kind of connection among everyone from the same school , you see.

For all i know, i might have walked passed her last year without paying much attention to her because she was just like any other average student, complete with her Dad, Mum, and younger sister.

I dont know how to continue this. I have no idea why i got all emotional over this.

Its just like. When you thought your life would remain perfect forever. Then something comes along and destroys your dream.

Gone. Vanished.

Yes i went chasing again and i felt like puking again.

Something is very wrong with NAFA ____ CAMPUS. Everytime i go chasing there i'll feel very sick and feel like puking.

At least we talked to them that time.
This time was just a wild goose chase.

I dont know why but we didnt shout out to them. Joyin said that they would have turned and walked over to us.

Last saturday, i was kind and nice enough to accompany zhixuan to Bukit Timah Plaza because she wanted to change her spectacles. ( HAD TO TAKE A FREAKING 1/2 H BUS RIDE OKAY!)

we walked in, she bought her agar agar , and we went up one level.
On the way to my mum's friend's shop,(he is an optician) i saw a Monsoon shop.

Grace met Jeanette at bukit timah plaza before, plus Joyin told me she styles her hair at monsoon, so i just went to check it out.

AND. Guess what.

I saw this:

Zhixuan was actually screaming at me to NOT take the picture,"WAIT THEY SEE YOU HOW!COPYRIGHTED LEH" but this was too classic a picture to be missed.I was actually a little bit worried that they will sue me or something, thus took this in a hurry, causing it to be blur.

Anyway, looking back at the picture again, the hairstyle dont really look like jeanette's anymore.
So we went to my mum's friend's shop and we turned his place upside down.

Okay we didnt turn it upside down. Zhixuan thinks that we tried a lot a lot of spectacles but thats just half of what my family tries out when we go there.

This is Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School. We saw this on our way to the SAGA-SEEDS-PLACE. THEY ACTUALLY HAVE STARS ON THEIR SCHOOL BUILDING! SO SO SO SO COOL(x.



This is the saga seedish place. That is Zhixuan desperately trying to 'dig' out saga seeds.

Then we took the FREAKING 1/2 H BUS RIDE again back to Woodlands.

I cant believe how i spent my holidays.

Okay actually i didnt really spent them. I slacked them away.
Eh. Sounds wrong. Haha.

Monday i slacked.
Tuesday had that science centre trip.
Wednesday was slacked away.
Thursday had that SPH thing.
Friday ( yesterday ) i was at home..doing, i dont know what. HEY wait. I went to the library. HAHA. okay at least i didnt stay at home for the whole day.

Since i cant find topics to blog, i shall rant on about my life. Wait. I dont have a life.

So, anyway.

Tuesday's trip to science centre was quite unexpectedly fun. Personally i really liked the forensic science part. Haha. No real corpse, but was quite an experience. yah, if you get what i mean.

I liked thursday's activity! yeah i know tracy must be having that squashed up snoopy face when she reads this. But anyway. It was really quite fun except for the paparazzi part. I think that was really stupid.
